Grove Court is a state-funded complex made up of 7 buildings consisting of 54 studio and one-bedroom units.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Applicants must be 62 years of age or older or be disabled/handicapped
- Applicants must be income-eligible
- Applicants must pass our “screening” process
